Before joining Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms, Anna worked at both the International Herald Tribune and the European Commission. Anna has twice been promoted since moving to Bain in 2004, firstly to Manager and in 2010 to Partner. Anna works in a global capacity with retail clients, leading major assignments and advising senior executives on some of their most important strategic and operational issues. She has worked part time for the past 3 years, to combine work with raising her young children. She was the first member of Bain’s London client-facing leadership team to work part time; there are now six other partners and managers who do the same.
