Nicola oversees the running of 14 shops and 85 staff, and is part of the senior management team at Brora, the £17m knitwear and clothing company. Nicola has 15 direct reports and is described as a ‘powerhouse’ and ‘a superb role model’ by colleagues. Her role covers all aspects of retail including financial performance, recruitment, management development and new store openings. Nicola built her career at Harrods, Burberry and TM Lewin & Sons, and since joining Brora in 2011 has significantly increased overall retail performance. She chooses to work part time to spend more time at home with her three children.
