Pascale is the UK Chief Operating Officer at AXA Investment Managers, a global asset management firm with €607bn in assets under management (as at 30 September 2014) and approximately 2,400 employees. For the last 13 years, Pascale has worked four days a week primarily because she has three children. She has been promoted five times since changing her working pattern. She has held various positions at AXA IM including Head of Fund Distribution and Client Service Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Operating Officer. Ahead of each new appointment she has discussed with the business whether she would revert to working full time. However, she has chosen to maintain her four day week, as she believes this is the most productive arrangement for both her and the business.
