Tracy leads artsdepot, the only professional arts venue in the London Borough of Barnet, with responsibility for financial management, artistic programming, income generation and external relations. She oversees all aspects of day to day management and is a member of the Mayor of London’s London Cultural Strategy Group. In 2011, Tracy returned to artsdepot part time after giving birth to twins having worked full time there since 2006, and immediately faced the removal of local authority support and possible closure. Tracy restructured the business model, ensuring continued Arts Council England funding and reaching break even within five months. Since then, artsdepot has thrived, welcoming more than 100,000 visitors annually and offering a participation programme benefitting 9,000 children and 5,000 adults each year.
