    Vicki is responsible for managing British Airways’ entire Heathrow Customer Service team and is in charge of a multi-million pound budget. Her team of 2,800 employees serve around 30 million customers each year, always aiming to exceed expectation in one of the world’s most high-pressured industries. A BA employee for 25 years, Vicki has successfully worked on a part time basis for ten years and has been promoted three times since then. Vicki works part time to spend more time her two young sons. More than a quarter of Vicki’s team now work flexibly, and she says BA’s forward-thinking approach has enabled her to build a brilliant career while managing family commitments.
