An equity partner in Deloitte’s corporate tax practice, Cath specialises in serving large multinational clients; she leads a team that helps UK listed businesses with their tax affairs. Cath is also Deloitte’s talent lead for Reading and Southampton business tax practice and performs a central role in key firm initiatives, including developing its market strategy for the FTSE 250. Additionally, she helped to launch Deloitte’s new Tax Analyst Graduate Academy. Cath was promoted to equity partner in June 2015 on a part time basis. She has worked part time since returning from her first maternity leave in 2010, enabling her to spend time with her family and fit in her love for eventing horses.
