    Mike oversees service delivery for Accenture’s multi-million pound BPO business in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics and currently leads a team of 900 people. In 2009, Mike collapsed at his desk and woke up in A&E. He returned to work part time to help him manage both stress and his medical condition. While now able to work more during the week, he continues his part time schedule as it allows “the perfect balance” across all of his passions (Mike is active in his local church, runs two youth groups and assists with a youth football team). Mike believes that working part time has made him better at his job, and is recognised as a role model for part-time working at Accenture – in 2011 he was awarded ‘The Most Inspiring Person Working in BPO’ by both the UK & Ireland and Global Oscars.
