TAMMY CHU

Finance Administrator

Tammy joined Timewise in 2023. Prior to this she was working in a full-time finance role for a finance and legal services company, but without the flexibility she required to support her young family. Having enjoyed the benefits of flexible working arrangements in roles before taking a break to support her child through a challenging time due to the pandemic and starting school, she was keen to regain these. She works part-time at Timewise, enjoying the work-life balance and flexibility she needs.

She holds a post-graduate diploma from the CIM and has a wealth of experience in B2B marketing, within different sectors of the software industry. She has worked on a part-time basis (in organisations and as a freelancer) since 2008 and firmly believes that flexible working patterns should be available to all who need it and not be a barrier to progression.

Projects and Resources Manager

Lisa joined Timewise in 2023 after 13 years as a police officer in the Met, followed by a stint as PA to a Bishop.  She experienced first-hand the difficulties around juggling family needs and frontline shift work, ultimately resulting in being unable to proceed in her career within Special Operations in the Metropolitan Police.  Lisa feels that the choice to be part-time should not hold anyone back in their career aspirations and that creative job design is the key to helping many realise their ambitions.

Business Manager

Dominika has been with Timewise since 2021. She built her business management experience working in the financial sector in London. Prior to that Dominika completed her MSc in Business Management and Finance in Poland, followed by a post graduate degree in the UK. Having a career break enabled her to focus on her family, grow her knowledge of sustainable business management and also her interest in photography. Dominika is passionate about what business can do to drive positive social impact and believes that flexible working can be an enabler of that.

Principal Consultant

Melissa has been with Timewise since 2018 and leads our accreditation and partnership programmes in the NHS and local authorities.
