She also held roles on the Venture Debt Team and Early Stage Banking Team at Silicon Valley Bank, is on the advisory board of mentoring app, Cajigo, is a mentor at Oxford University and writes a column on work and careers for the Financial Times.  June was awarded an MBE for services to women in technology and is passionate about flexible working.

Emma is one of the UK’s leading experts on part-time and flexible working. She co-founded Women Like Us in 2004, followed by Timewise in 2012 with Karen Mattison, with the aim improving the market for fair flexible jobs.  Emma works directly with businesses, thought leaders, policy makers and social reformers to test and scale sustainable two-way flexibility, often on a mass scale and in complex working environments. She oversees the work of Timewise’s Innovation Unit, including all its original research and has contributed to numerous government taskforces, reports and initiatives.

Fiona is responsible for the development of the Group’s environmental sustainability strategy; oversight of the Lloyds Banking Group Foundations, which has donated £90m to small charities across the UK over the last four years; development and implementation of the ethical business and inclusion and diversity strategies. Fiona is also currently Director of the Agile Future Forum – its purpose to support UK businesses to become more agile. From the early 1990’s, Fiona has held a number of public positions and external appointments and has been involved in the development of equality legislation.

Tracey has spent her career working at the intersection of business and technology and is passionate about taking a human centric approach to designing and delivering enterprise scale transformation. She heads IBM iX, IBM’s digital and design services business, where she leads a team of 500 strategists, designers, creatives, technical superstars and data gurus to solve some of the biggest business challenges. Tracey’s industry expertise is anchored in Financial Services, and more recently with Telco, where she is helping clients leverage significant industry innovations.

Laura has spent her career in the talent acquisition space, a large portion of which was spent leading management consultancy and research recruiting teams for Gartner. Most recently, Laura leads the Talent Engagement function for Diageo Europe. Inclusion and Diversity has been the central focus of her career, leading multiple diversity initiatives in markets around the world, and serving as a Talent Acquisition representation on Women at Gartner’s board of directors.

Neil is Chief Executive of the UK’s recruitment sector body.  Neil began his career in recruitment before taking a post-graduate degree in industrial relations and working for the CBI on people, infrastructure and regional issues. He joined the REC in 2018. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA, and a member of the council of the ACAS. He is also on the board of the World Employment Confederation and a primary academy trust.

Lynn has spent her entire career in professional services. She has been a Partner at EY since 2001. In January 2015, Lynn became Chief Operating Officer for UK & Ireland, and as such sits on the Firm’s UK & Ireland Executive. Lynn is also an executive member of the UK LLP Board. She has had an extensive and diverse range of client experiences throughout her career, having worked with a number of FTSE 100 companies and Private Equity houses, specialising in the delivery of corporate finance services.

Katie joined Marks and Spencer plc’s leadership team as Chief Strategy and Transformation Director in April 2020, expanding her remit in May 2021 to become joint Chief Operating Officer.  Katie was previously the Executive Chair of SSE’s Energy Services Business and prior to this, Chief Executive, UK and Ireland of Dixons Carphone plc. Katie has also worked with many well-known retail and fast moving consumer companies including Somerfield, Dyson, PepsiCo and Unilever. Katie is also a Non-Executive Director of the England and Wales Cricket Board and Barratt Developments plc.

Sally is recognised globally as the presenter of The Briefing on BBC1, BBC News Channel and BBC World News. Covering news, business and finance, the one-hour live programme is watched by a daily audience of 120 million worldwide.  She does all this part-time and is a former Power List winner. A trusted business authority and internationally renowned journalist, Sally’s job often takes her around the world where she covers events including the World Economic Forum and G20 summits. She has also worked extensively in radio and covered the business news on BBC One’s Breakfast.
