Positive social impact

The Timewise Foundation is a social enterprise, with a social aim: to ensure that everyone can find the flexibility they need in their careers, without reducing their value in the workplace. So it’s important that we measure the social impact of our work.

Positive social impact Our social impact strategy sits at the heart of the Timewise Foundation, underpinning everything we do. We measure ourselves against the following outcomes:

  • Driving actionable change in flexible working with employers
  • Creating a positive impact on employees through improved access to Good Flexible Work
  • Increasing the ratio of quality flexible jobs in the current jobs market
  • Improving earnings for low to middle income families who need flexible work

We’ve set out our framework for achieving this here.
