Our social impact strategy sits at the heart of our work, and underpins everything we do. We measure ourselves against the following outcomes:
Driving actionable change in flexible working with employers
Creating a positive impact on employees through improved access to Good Flexible Work
Increasing the ratio of quality flexible jobs in the current jobs market
Improving earnings for low to middle income families who need flexible work
