Our Innovation Unit Advisors

We have set up an Innovation Unit to tackle the lack of equal access to good flexible work, for people in everyday jobs. The unit researches and tests what works to make good jobs flexible, and flexible jobs good, in challenging roles and sectors. And we share our insights through our Fair Flexible Futures campaign.
