Melissa has been with Timewise since 2018 and leads our accreditation and partnership programmes in the NHS and local authorities. Through breaking down the barriers to flexible working, she supports employers to design flexible working solutions that attract, retain and develop the best talent for their organisation. Hugely passionate about making a difference to the world of work, Melissa is well connected across the many Trusts and Councils we work with, has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a member of The Association for Business Psychology.
