Lead Principal Consultant
Nicola joined Timewise as an Associate in 2021, leading on a number of key projects before joining the team as Lead Principal Consultant in October 2023. A former Head of HR with over 20 years experience, she has worked for organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, EnterpriseMouchel, Moonpig and the Bank of England.
Nicola describes herself as a Flexible Working Activist – she is passionate about creating a world of work where organisations and individuals can benefit from flexibility. Her research led her to become increasingly frustrated at the lack of flexibility in senior roles and its impact in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. Now, at Timewise, Nicola is driving change in hard to flex industries of Construction and Education, enabling everyone to access flexible working.
